Editing track

The course notes were sent to students' e-mail addresses, and - when facilities became available - also stored at the homesite of the course    http://www.i4.auc.dk/est/HUT2001/CourseProgramme.htm.
Links were provided from the course programme to the course notes as they were circulated. Thus the course programme file was modified during the course. Also, some of the course notes were occationally modified after they had been circulated. For example, in the file on Actor Network Theory, the source: Schneider, Volker (1988) Politiknetzwerke der Chemikalienkontrolle, was added, and in the file on Research Issues, reference was made to the Bathurst declaration. However, no detailled track of changes was made.

For the 2001 version of the course, the seminar content was changed from 1) analysing the content of the article by Hernando  de Soto, and 2) addressing consultant practise within a Baltic country to 1) providing an organizational overview of selected Central European countries and 2) dialoguing with international consultant on the consultant's profile and working context.
Also, the textbook was changed from Gerhard Larsson (1997) Land Management - Public Policy, Control, and Participation. Byggforskningsrådet, Stockholm, to Peter Dale & John McLaughlin (1999) Land Administration. Oxford University Press.

The first version of these course notes were made in the context of the course: International Land Management, lectured at the Institute of Real Estate Studies, HUT, Finland, during autumn 1999.
