Seminar preparation:
As I mentioned already Thursday: The same groups that was established
for the first seminar should prepare 3-5 questions to be answered during
the seminar. The questions, addressing, e.g. the qualifications and responsibilities
of the consultant, must be mailed by Wednesday 10th to

Mr. Paavo Uuttu is the Managing Director of Suomen
Kartoitus ja Mittaus SKM Oy, a company focusing on mapping and geoinformatics.
He has experiences from projects in countries as diverse as Egypt, Turkey,
Nepal, Estonia and Uzbekistan.
