Course ANNOUNCEMENT

Course: Maa-20.375 International Land Management


CONTENT:
Basic concepts and regulatory system in Western countries, developing countries and countries in transition. Property subdivision. Executory proceedings. The function of real estate registers. The importance of public registers. Legal safeguards. International comparison of systems.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
Lectures, seminar presentation and examination, mandatory attendance at seminar sessions.
