Course evaluation All
Participants are expected to submit their presentations of PhD projects well before the course (Overheads, about 5 pages of text, extensive litterature list). With about 20 participants, not all can expect to have their project presented. Selection will be made on the basis of scientific quality, commonality among participants of the issue and the difficulties addressed, and the degree of coincidence with content of lectures. Some presentations may be sheduled together with related lectures.

The discussion following lectures is moderated and opened by 1 or 2 appointed co-lecturers.

As some participants are coming from technical unversities, they may use the visit to benefit from the rich collections of social science titles at Aalborg University Library.

The excursion to the National Park will include a presentation of the institutional setting of this new arrangement in Denmark, and its expected outcomes.

The exercises Friday morning are based on the formalism of Unified Modelling Language.
