  • 2003 - 2004: Geographical analyses of biomass fuel allocation, environmental impact and transportation costs in Denmark.

  • 2003: Development of a GIS for economical and spatial biomass resource assessment in New Zealand.

  • 2002: "Geographical aspects of the Danish energy system". Production of geographical background data for analyses of future electricity markets and the incorporation of large-scale renewable energy sources.

  • 1997 - 2001: "Information Systems for Energy Planning" Ph.D. project supported by the Danish Energy Agency, The Energy Research Programme 1997.

  • 1996 - 1998: "REVEILLE" (Regulation of Energy Systems with Renewable Energy in Local and National Energy Planning), with Klaus Illum, Ebbe Münster (PlanEnergi), Kenneth Karlsson (The Danish Technical University), and Anders N.   • 1995 - 1996: "Solar Energy Landscape of the Future" (Fremtidens Sollandskab), with Klaus Illum (Aalborg University), Per Alex Sørensen (PlanEnergi), Svend Andersen (Arcon Solar), and Peter Ahm (PA Energy). An energy systems analysis of the Northern Jutland county with high shares of solar energy. Project supported by the Solar Energy Comission, Danish Energy Agency.
